What materials are used in CRAFTD jewelry?
Our pieces are crafted using premium 316L stainless steel and plated in real 18K gold or rhodium. All our jewelry is water, heat, and sweat resistant, designed to never fade or tarnish.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Does CRAFTD jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, all CRAFTD pieces are backed by a Lifetime Warranty. If your jewelry ever fades, breaks, or tarnishes through normal wear, we will replace it for free.

How should I care for my jewelry?
While our pieces are highly durable, we recommend rinsing them with fresh water after swimming in the ocean or pools. To clean, simply wipe with a soft microfiber cloth to maintain its original shine.
